Quince paste with cinnamon pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g of quince paste with cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. In a bowl, beat the milk with the sugar and the eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the quince paste with cinnamon squares and mix.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pudding mold.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a fork inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the pudding cool down before unmolding.
