Puff pastry rolls with quince paste



1 sheet of puff pastry
250 g of natural quince jelly
1 egg


  1. Spread the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  2. Put the quince paste over the puff pastry, leaving a space of about 2 cm on the edge.
  3. Roll the puff pastry over itself, starting with the longest edge.
  4. Cut the roll into slices about 2 cm thick.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Paint the rolls with a beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
